Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
  • Provide Product/Service Information: Offer comprehensive knowledge about products or services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions for future reference and improvement.
  • Assist with Orders and Billing: Help customers with order placements, payments, and billing inquiries, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Handle Escalations: Address escalated customer concerns, empathizing with their situation and working to find appropriate resolutions.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on using products/services efficiently, offering tips and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and provide appropriate solutions quickly and accurately.
  • Patience and Empathy: Stay calm, patient, and understanding, even in challenging customer interactions.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently, meeting response time targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understand products/services and possess basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting.
